My work has also featured in Arizona State University's, Superstition Review. I like to work in a varity of media, from drawing and painting, collage, assemblage and photography. Whatever is best suited to the work in question. Recent projects include HOMESiCK, a boy with a house for a head, GAS MASK GIRL, set in a post pandemic world, where nature has reclaimed the earth and CARLOS, the tale of a young Cactus growing up in his Two Moons Valley home. For the past couple of years my main body of work has been the creation of small scale constructions and sculptural works from vintage found objects, including wood, glass, rusted metal, textiles or any other little item that may inspire me. Resulting in the creation of an abandoned Prairie Ghost Town, which I recorded in a series of b/w Polariod Photographs titled; Some Signs Of Poltergeist Activity. More recent sculptural works, inspired by Nature, and its constant ability for regrowth and Climate Change and its effects and a new series of HOMESTEAD related paintings. |
